Catering

The Galley will be serving food and hot drinks during the Open event. Refreshments can be purchased from the galley on demand or we are offering a Meal Deal for the day. breakfast (Bacon or Sausage Cobs) and 1 lunch item with unlimited tea, coffees, squash on both Saturday and Sunday at £10per person payable at registration.  

Please indicate if you will be using catering services.  

Data Protection

The information you provide in this form will be used solely for dealing with you as a customer of Burton Sailing Club. The club has a Data Privacy Policy which can be found at here . Your data will be stored and used in accordance with this Policy. The club may arrange for photographs or videos to be taken of Club activities and published on our website or social medial channels to promote the Club. By entering the event you are agreeing to your images being used, you agree to assign any right of ownership in those images to the Club. If you/the individuals listed above later wish to withdraw consent, please contact enquiries@burtonsailingclub.co.uk

Declaration

I understand we agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing, the Sailing Instructions, the Notice of Race, the Rules and Bye Laws of the Sailing Club and all other rules that govern this event including the Disclaimer of Liability in the Notice of Race, which excludes our right to claim compensation in certain circumstances. A failure to follow these rules may lead to disqualification. I undertake to sail in compliance with the RYA Racing Charter. I hold and agree to produce valid Class Membership in order to qualify as a competitor if required.

I am insured for third party risks of £3,000,000.
